Is there an order minimum?

The minimum order is 1 pack! Don’t hesitate to send in small orders. There is no $ order minimum.

When should I place my order?

Different items have different order cutoff times depending on what Region coming from in world. The “lead times” can range anywhere from 2-8 days. In webshop, have the ability to actively filter and see what is still available for purchase at that moment for a given distribution date!

How do I know that my order has been processed?

Whenever an order is placed, the customer receives an email confirmation that order received. If do not receive the email confirmation, first check email Spam box… otherwise reach out to a Floral Access representative to ensure the order properly processed in the Floral Access system!

Can I cancel all or part of my order?

Any changes to order may be made up to order cutoff time. After that point, items are already under packing and shipping from supplier, and no changes may be made. Under extraordinary circumstances, Floral Access can help find alternate sources for product. A restocking fee may apply to any cancellations placed.

How do I receive my items ordered?

All items are primarily prepped and ready for pickup at our DTLA distribution center located at 642 Stanford Ave Los Angeles, CA 90021. As an alternate convenient option, items may also be picked up at South Bay pickup spot. The long-term goal is to have even more regional pickup spots so customers can pick up at a distribution center closer to customer’s business location.

What if items are late?

All dates that Floral Access lists are estimated pickup dates. The customer is still responsible to accept ownership of the product shipped even if misses the initial estimated date. Floral Access does its best to A) land and prep the product in time B) in case of delay, flexibly work with customer on logistics how to best get product into hands of customer within reasonable time frame

How do I pay for items ordered through webshop?

All items are paid upfront through a credit or debit card.

Is my billing and personal information kept safe?

Yes, Floral Access uses a card processor that upholds the highest standards of PCI compliance and customer information security. Personal user information is not shared with any third party without the sole written consent of said User. For more complete information, please refer to Privacy Policy located in footer of each webshop screen.

What if I would like to make changes to my Account?

Navigate to the “My Account” tab within your user portal and change the desired piece of info! If any field appears locked, reach out to a Floral Access team member to help understand what fields are editable.

The webshop is malfunctioning. What do I do?

If any oddity occurs at any point during the user experience of webshop, please notify a Floral Access team member immediately so we can ensure the Site problem is identified and solved.
